What kind of employee are you?

Fresh graduates or not, many are busy browsing through websites looking for job openings, or at the very least, trying to figure out what careers they really want to pursue. But before asking yourselves which employer is best for you, you might also want to ask yourself, what kind of employee are you?

Consumer finance company Home Credit Philippines, which currently has more than 5,300 employees in the country, has come up with a survey to help you determine what kind of employee you are. Knowing the answer can guide you which companies or industries to look for in your job search and increase the chances of you landing on your dream job.

To take the quiz, simply identify which you value more:

Which do you value more?

A. Working in a high-profile business district

B. Working close to home

Which do you value more?

A. High basic pay

B. Good benefits, including for your family

Which do you value more?

B. Getting good work-life balance

Which do you value more?

So, what kind of employee are you?

According to Home Credit, you are an achiever if you selected “A” more times than “B.” Achievers put importance on their career and are very ambitious in achieving their personal goals. They would do well in a fast-paced corporate environment.

On the other hand, you’re a dreamer if you selected “B” more times than “A.” Dreamers put great value on career success and, at the same time, put great importance on work-life balance. They get along well with people and this helps them move forward in their career. They could do very well in startups or compact companies, or even as a self-starting entrepreneur.

So, are you an achiever or a dreamer? Share your results!
