Lamudi to touch hearts with its first TV advertisement
Lamudi Philippines is set to launch its first TV campaign which aims to strengthen its position as the top choice for Filipinos who are looking for a home.
The new advertisement will creatively tell the story of a family that is finally coming home to a place of their own. It will run on various cable channels, and will be featured in prominent billboard locations around Metro Manila.
Through this campaign, Lamudi expects to reach offline property-hunters who do not usually look for properties on the websites, and to inform them about the new and modern ways to search for properties.
“We have already built a strong online brand, especially among real estate brokers and developers. Now, we are reaching to the traditionally offline market to encourage them to use the Internet to find properties,” Bhavna Suresh Chathambeth, CEO of Lamudi Philippines and MyProperty.ph, said.
Lamudi also has a lineup of consumer-focused events this year. One will delve exclusively on the affordable housing sector, and a housing fair scheduled in mid-2017 which will be held in Cebu and will focus on the real estate market of the city and Visayas.
