Plantronics made an unveiling recently at the Robot Launge Restaurant in Makati which featured their latest Bluetooth headset, the Plantronics Marque M155. The event was spearheaded by Mr. Alvin Kiew, Senior Regional Manager, Plantronics Southeast Asia. The night was also graced with Plantronic’s lovely new brand ambassador for the Marque M155, Puff.
The Marque M155 is a Bluetooth headset designed for the modern smartphone, and most importantly, the modern lifestyle. It is fully compatible with iPhones and Android smartphones, as well as Blackberry devices. It’s simple yet elegant design reflects how easy it is to pair the device to your smartphone and how extensive its feature set is. This includes voice-guided pairing for iPhone and Android devices, voice recognition for receiving and ignoring calls, and stereo Bluetooth (A2DP standard) that allows users to listen to music, GPS directions, or email via text to speech. Best of all, it weighs a mere seven grams!
Downloadable apps from the respective app markets of Apple, Android and Blackberry will offer up more ways to fully maximize the versatility of the M155. Apps like the MyHeadset app will do a sound check and familiarize you with the added functionality of your headset such as streaming music with more to come as more apps become available.
