The former is endorsed by Chris Tiu, who fits in well with the brand thanks to his active lifestyle as a television host, politician, businessman, eco-warrior, and a basketball heartthrob above all else. Alcatel's confidence in this new line, plus their strong marketing push, should bolster their position in the Philippines as a serious contender.
