The GA-AM1M-S2H and the GA-AM1M-S2P are new low-cost motherboards from Gigabyte. These boards are based on AMD's AM1 platform and designed to run Kabini APUs.

Intel has officially announced the new Intel Core i7 Extreme Edition, the company’s first octa-core desktop CPU. It is slated to be available by the second half of this year.
The Intel Ready Mode technology allows a desktop PC to be always powered on using only as little as 10W. This is made possible by leveraging on the C7 idle states of the 4th generation Intel Core CPU, power optimization design of the motherboard, and customized software.
Intel revealed its new 5th-generation of unlocked Intel Core “Broadwell” processors that will feature the Iris Pro graphics, which were previously only available to mobile SKUS of the previous generation Intel Core CPUs. Moreover, these new chips will be based on the new 14nm fabrication process.
