Canon Customers Can Now Inquire About Repair Status Online

MANILA, PHILIPPINES - Canon Marketing Philippines, Inc. (CMPI) has improved its online customer support with the launch of a repair status inquiry tool in its website.
The service provides information on the repair status of Canon digital cameras, compact photo printers, video camcorders, projectors, inkjet printers, laser printers, scanners and lenses.
“This allows our customers to know the status of the Canon product they have checked in for repairs using any Internet-connected device,” said CMPI imaging communications products vice president, Bong Serevo.
To use the service, log on to canon.com.ph using any web browser, then select the Customer Care tab followed by the Repair Status Inquiry tab to bring up the login page.
Enter the product serial and reference number to check the product’s repair progress.
Customers can still use Canon’s customer care hotline by calling (02) 884 9000, which is available from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
