Canon Recognized as One of the World's Most Admired Companies in 2012

Canon proudly announced that they achieved number-five position in the list of the world's most admired company, while also earning the number-two position in the Asia/Pacific region, moving up two spots from last year.

Fortune magazine's Most Admired List is considered the definitive report card on corporate reputation, and this year surveyed a total of 698 companies from 32 countries. Placing a high value on leadership and social responsibility were just a few of their criteria in giving this recognition.
