Entry-Level Full-Frame Nikon Rumor Gains Traction, Sensor Supplier Identifed

In late April we began to get tantalizing details regarding a possible "entry-level" full-frame DSLR from Nikon known as the D600. An Italian website may have just provided another piece of the puzzle by reporting that image sensor manufacturer Aptina is working on a 35mm full-frame sensor designed specifically for Nikon. Aptina is the same company responsible for the sensor in Nikon's 1 V1 mirrorless camera.
