Google Releases Android 4.1 Update for Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Google just announced that it will be rolling out the Android 4.1 update for HSPA+ Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
Besides making everything feel faster, more fluid, and smoother, the over-the-air update will bring Google Now, a smarter keyboard and expandable notifications. Users can also expect a refined search experience with a new user interface and faster Voice Search. The Nexus S and Motorola Xoom devices will be getting the update as well in the coming weeks.
Currently, none of the Android vendors have committed to any specific time frame as to when and which existing devices will get the Jelly Bean update. Do take note that Android 4.1 will come in three flavors - one user interface for smartphones, one for 7-inch and the other for 10-inch tablets.
