LG Enters 'Phablet' Battlefield with Optimus Vu
By the end of September, the 5-inch phablet (phone/tablet) known as the LG Optimus Vu will hit US markets and is expected to give Samsung Galaxy Note some good competition. The supersized smartphone obviously has a 5-inch display with 1024 x 768 resolution. It will run on a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor with 1GB of RAM. It is pretty muscled up with 32GB of internal memory. The LG Optimus Vu will sport an 8-megapixel rear shooter.

Though there are no confirmation yet regarding its carrier but speculations lead to Verizon supporting the LG Optimus Vu on its LTE network.
