Motorola Atrix 3 with Quad-Core Processor, 3300mAh Battery Leaked [Update]

Update: Sorry to disappoint fans, but the Atrix 3 has been reported to be based on no more than a concept.
Seems like the NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor is picking up pace with another rumored quad-core smartphone that might be unveiled at MWC 2012. The Motorola Atrix 3 is said to be the Atrix 2's successor given its naming convention. The powerful smartphone will allegedly come with these specs:
- Android 4.x ICS Sandwich OS
- 4.3-inch HD display with 1280 x 720p resolution
- 3300mAh battery
- 10-megapixel camera
- 2 GB RAM
These specs certainly puts the Atrix 3 at the top of a rat race. Will this be Motorola's golden ticket to gaining the market share from Samsung? While nothing can be confirmed as of now, but it does sound like we will see a couple of quad-core phones (1, 2, 3) over at Barcelona in MWC 2012 even if the alleged Motorola Atrix 3 doesn't file in an appearance.
