MSI Adds R7950 Twin Frozr to Its Radeon HD 7000 Series

MSI has expanded its Radeon HD 7000 series with the introduction of the R7950 Twin Frozr 3GD5/OC graphics card. The R7950 Twin Frozr 3GD5/OC is powered by AMD’s Radeon HD 7950 GPU and compliant with the PCI-Express 3.0 spec. With the MSI-exclusive Twin Frozr cooler, the new graphics card comes with two 8cm fans that help in keeping its GPU temperature low (10◦C). The fans are designed to work with less noise even under full load. Similar to MSI’s X79-based motherboards, the R7950 Twin Frozr 3GD5/OC makes use of Military Class III components like Hi-c CAP, Super Ferrite Choke, and solid capacitors that have passed MIL-STD-810G level testing. Currently, MSI’s other graphics cards under the Radeon HD 7000 series include the R7970-2PMD3GD5/OC and the R7950-2PMD3GD5/OC.
