Prototypes of Razer triple screen gaming laptop stolen at the 2017 CES tech show
Razer has announced its Project Valerie, a triple-screened laptop, and Project Ariana, a smart projector that makes use of the company’s Chroma lighting, at CES 2017. And while everyone is thrilled with the highly-anticipated gaming laptop, Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan has announced that two prototype devices were stolen from its CES booth.
Although Tan didn’t reveal exactly what combinations of devices were stolen, he claimed that his company was treating the case as industrial espionage.
A spokesperson said that Razer is offering US $25,000 for any original information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of those allegedly involve in the crime.
