Sony Offers Service Support For Customers Affected By Sendong

Sony Philippines has announced a four-month service support for its customers who were affected by the Typhoon Sendong. Starting off with those customers whose products are still covered by warranty, Sony offers free labor, check-up, and cleaning as well as 40% discount on all parts. These services apply for both walk-in and home-service customers. Meanwhile, customers whose products are out of warranty may avail of 20% discount on parts and 40% on labor costs. This service support will last until April 30, 2012.
For costumers with irreparable units, Sony offers PhP 4,000 discount on any purchase of BRAVIA units (32 inches and up). This project will run for the entire month of February 2012.
