Oracle Releases RightNow CX Cloud Service
Oracle recently unveiled its customer experience suite, RightNow CX Cloud Service, which is now combined with Oracle Fusion Sales. Its primary purpose is to assist organizations in their business growth by means of cross-channel customer interactions that enable increases in revenue opportunities and improve organizational efficiency.
The combined solutions of Oracle RightNow CX Cloud Service and Oracle Fusion Sales lets organizations increase customer retention, achieve higher levels of customer advocacy, and raise sales conversion rates. The combination allows greater leverage between service interactions and sales prediction with segmentation capabilities. Companies will then be able to match products better to users and handle the specific needs of customers through customer service history.
