This solution will automate most of their business processes including management of real estate portfolio, contract management, space management, lease-in, and control of business processes relevant to the business and also to integrate and standardize master data and processes, and enable 360-degree support for their customers. Since this is fully integrated with the financials and logistics functions of SAP ERP software – they will benefit from a seamless integration between leasing transactions and the accounting, controlling, maintenance, and reporting functions.

With this integrated system, Pueblo de Oro and the ICCP Group will be able to achieve transparency- get full and accurate visibility of its portfolio and costs, streamline business processes – reduce costs and increase operational efficiencies and also support the investment strategies by facilitating decision making through accurate cost / revenue performance data across all areas of the business. The solution is expected to support the growth and expansion plans of the ICCP Group and will be completed in August 2012.
