Smart Introduces my.Smart Online Account Management Service

MANILA, PHILIPPINES -  Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) introduces my.Smart ( my.Smart makes it easier for Smart prepaid, postpaid and broadband subscribers to manage all of their accounts under one login name.

With my.Smart, subscribers can check and pay their bills, subscribe to prepaid packages, submit help tickets, and even cash in their rewards points online absolutely free. Smart Load retailers meanwhile, can check their load wallet balance, request for statements of account, and block load wallets for lost SIM also free of charge.

“As more subscribers open multiple Smart accounts, the chances of losing track of bills and other account information become more common,” said Smart Digital and Social Media Group Head Mellissa Limcaoco. “With my.Smart, they can now merge all of their subscription details under one online account, thus avoiding clutter and confusion,” Limcaoco added.

New users can sign up for a my.Smart account by visiting and clicking on “Register Now”. Meanwhile, users of the old WebConnect service (now called My Smart Accounts) can use any one of their Smart mobile numbers to log in. They will then be asked to transfer their WebConnect account to my.Smart by signing up for a new login name.To link old WebConnect accounts to my.Smart, simply enter the mobile number on the “Add Account” field and key-in the password of the WebConnect account.
