LG's direct contender against the Samsung Galaxy Note, the Optimus Vu, is launching in the Philippines next week. The "phablet" debuted at MWC 2012 in Barcelona and landed in the United States last month.

Miracast, the new wireless display technology from the Wi-FI Alliance, is now fully supported by NVIDIA. They integrated this new technology into the Tegra mobile platform to deliver AV content between devices on Wi-Fi connection without the need for existing Wi-Fi networks.
