Gear up yourself with a personal fitness coach with Samsung’s all-new gears
Among the lifestyle of many Filipinos today, fitness has become a common interest. Different types of workouts have been conveniently accessible nowadays–be it on a nearby gym, group Zumba fitness, or just simply turning to YouTube workouts. But keeping track and consistently being in-lined with your everyday fitness goals is challenging.
Samsung has launched the Samsung Gear Sport, Samsung Gear Fit2 Pro, and the Gear Icon X on November 28, 2017 at the Bondi&Bourke, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. These three new wearables all understand and will ease the challenge of fitness workouts consistency. Plus, these three are all water-resistant and passed US Military drop tests.
Samsung Gear Sport
This is the new edition of the previous Samsung Gear. It sports a slim bezel with a 43mm diameter body that comes in Black and exclusive online Blue colors. Gear Sport can track the user’s exercise, calorie intake down to replying to notifications and playing music. It can also track your weight management capabilities, and a collection of fitness programs. What this small device boasts is that it can still track your swim capabilities in both fresh and salt water with a 5 ATM water resistance rating, GPS, continuous heart rate monitoring, automatic activity detection and even smart inactive alerts.
Samsung Gear Fit2 Pro
Featuring a curved Super AMOLED face, the Samsung Gear Fit2 Pro can give you the same viewing quality as you would get from a Samsung smartphone. By using the Fit2 Pro, you can have the option to custom design exercises and goals, and let the software do all the heavy lifting when it comes to tracking your progress. Spotify’s offline mode works for the Gear Fit2 Pro where you can store up to 500 tracks–making it a music player on its own.
Gear Icon X
Seamlessly listen to your playlist wirelessly with Samsung’s Gear IconX. Its extensive battery life of 7 hours standalone and 5 hour streaming will leave you running, jogging, and more without the need to charge! It has also an in-ear running coach that gives you different prompts or tips during your running session that will keep you motivated. You can also load it with your favorite playlist, answer and decline your calls, with different tap gestures to command the IconX.
All these three new wearables are now available at all Samsung Concept Stores nationwide, Lazada, and Abenson. The Samsung Gear Sport retails at PhP 14,990; Samsung Gear Fit2 Pro at PhP 8,990; and the Gear IconX at PhP 8,490.
