At the Next@Acer global event held in New York, Acer unveiled a new slew of products for 2017, consisting of ultrathin notebooks, gaming laptops, monitors, projectors, and a smartwatch. Learn more about the specifications, pricing, and availability of these products as you scroll down.

Acer Swift 3 and Swift 1

With its lightweight design, the Swift 3 features a strong brushed-aluminum body that offers a sturdy feel and beautiful tactile touch. Powered by 7th Gen Intel Core processors, it comes with Intel HD or NVIDIA GeForce graphics and offers up to ten hours of battery life.

Allowing its users achieve maximum productivity, the Swift 3 comes with other features such as a vivid 14-inch or a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS anti-glare display, a 512GB SSD or a 1TB HDD, up to 8GB RAM, and 2x2 MIMO 802.11ac wireless technology for fast and reliable Internet  connectivity.

It features a USB 3.1 Type-C port and an HD webcam with Super High Dynamic Range. It also has an optional backlit keyboard and a spacious Precision Touchpad that provides space for navigating, scrolling, and zooming.

Its special edition is available with a top cover with Vibrant Corning Gorilla Glass.

Meanwhile, the Swift 1 includes essential features for a total productivity. Its battery can last up to ten hours of usage with few extra hours to spare for late night studying or surfing, and features a 13.3-inch Full HD IPS display.

Powered by Intel Pentium or Celeron processor, it is coupled with 4GB of memory and has either 64GB, 128GB, or 256GB of SSD or eMMC storage. It also includes ultra-fast 2x2 MIMO 802.11ac wireless technology for a seamless connectivity.

Acer Predator Triton 700 gaming notebook

As the first of the new ultrathin Predator Triton gaming notebook series, the Predator Triton 700 comes with a 15.6-inch FHD IPS display. Its understated black chassis features a minimalist design with straight contours and angular front corners.

Its large Corning Gorilla Glass placed above the keyboard serves as a window into the notebook’s cooling system to showcase the AeroBlade 3D Fan and five heatpipes. The panel also doubles as a touchpad.

Powered by a 7th Gen Intel Core processor,  is also equipped with NVIDIA GeForce 10-series graphics, two NVMe PCIe SSDs in RAID 0 configuration, and up to 32GB of DDR4 2400MHz memory.

Offering an immersive gaming experience, the VR-ready Predator Triton 700 gives bright, vibrant visuals with NVIDIA G-SYNC support for connecting to an external monitor. Also, PredatorSense software enables gamers to control and customize the notebook’s vitals from one interface that includes lighting, hotkeys, fan control, and general system monitoring.

Acer Predator X27

The Acer Predator X27 monitor portrays vibrant visuals without motion blur through its high 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution display panel with 144Hz refresh rate, a fast 4ms response time, and a 1,000 nit peak brightness. Featuring Acer HDR Ultra technology, it offers the best possible contrast quality of the high dynamic range with advanced LED local dimming in 384 individually-controlled zones that shine light only when and where it is required.

Acer Predator Z271UV

Meanwhile, the Acer Predator Z271UV monitor comes with a WQHD (2560 x 1440) resolution display panel on a curved 1800R frame that puts every corner of the screen at the same distance from the gamer’s eyes. It features a ZeroFrame edge-to-edge design perfect for use in multi-monitor setups, and covers 125% of the sRGB color space. Built with ergonomics in mind, the display can tilt - 5 to 25 degrees and swivel +/- 30 degrees, while the height can be adjusted up to 4.7 inches.

Acer Leap Ware smart fitness watch

Acer's Leap Ware features a polished stainless steel circular frame with a simple and minimalistic design. Equipped with MediaTek's MT2523 chipset and MT2511 bio-sensing chip, the Leap Ware smartwatch has diverse fitness tracking features through its array of sensors with advanced algorithms. Boasting three to five days of battery life, it can monitor heart rate, stamina, stress/fatigue levels, and exposure to ultraviolet rays. Designed with durability in mind, Leap Ware’s 42-mm face is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass SR+ that delivers superior scratch resistance with the legendary toughness, optical clarity, and touch sensitivity of Gorilla Glass. The Acer Leap Ware has an IPX7 water resistance rating and can survive an unexpected torrential downpour.

Acer Predator Helios 300

Acer's Predator Helios 300 is equipped with NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 1060 or 1050Ti GPU combined with a 7th Gen Intel Core i7 or i5 processor for outstanding performance. It is supported with up to 16GB of DDR4 memory that is upgradable up to 32GB, a speedy SATA SSD, and a 1TB HDD. Designed as an entertainment hub, the Predator Helios 300 notebook line is ideally suited for both gaming and movie watching. Its bright 15.6-inch or 17.3-inch FHD IPS display provides vibrant, vivid imagery, while Dolby Audio Premium and Acer TrueHarmony deliver immersive audio with crisp, rich acoustics. It also features the AeroBlade 3D Fan with ultra-thin metal blades to keep the notebook running at optimal temperatures and smooth game play.

Acer Aspire 1

The Acer Aspire 1  includes a one-year subscription of Office 365 Personal, and 1TB of OneDrive storage. The 14-inch device is powered by Intel's Celeron or Pentium processor with 32GB or 64GB eMMC storage, 4GB DDR3L memory, and Intel HD Graphics. The brand also promises to give up to nine hours of battery life.

Acer Aspire 3

The Aspire 3 comes with either 14-inch HD, 15.6-inch HD, or 15.6-inch Full HD display. Processor options for the Aspire 3 include Intel Core, Celeron, and Pentium processors with up to 12GB of memory. It also includes Acer’s BlueLightShield technology which reduces the exposure of blue light which may help reduce eye strain.

Acer Aspire 5

The Aspire 5 is powered by up to 7th Gen Intel Core processors and latest NVIDIA GeForce graphics, and a maximum of 20GB DDR4 2400MHz memory. Storage-wise, a range of options is available, including HDDs with up to 2TB capacity and M.2 SSDs with up to 256GB. Its 15.6-inch HD or Full HD display with IPS technology provides consistent colors and viewing from wide angles. It also features Acer TrueHarmony.

Acer Aspire 7

Acer's Aspire 7 is powered by a 7th Gen Intel Core standard-voltage processor with NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 1060 as a graphics option. Giving users the capability to make the most of all this power, the Aspire 7 comes with up to 32GB of DDR4 2400MHz memory and an ample storage capacity. It also sports an HD camera with HDR while Dolby Audio Premium provides great audio. Speedy network connectivity is provided with 2x2 MIMO 802.11ac wireless technology and Gigabit Ethernet.

Acer's 4K Display Portfolio

Acer has expanded its 4K display portfolio with its new H7850 and V7850 4K projectors for home cinema enthusiasts as well as the new Acer ProDesigner PE320QK 4K LED monitor for creative professionals. The projectors feature 4K Ultra High-Definition (UHD) resolution, HDR- and Rec. 2020-compatibility and AcuMotion technology to deliver exceptional value and performance to mainstream audio and video enthusiasts. The new ProDesigner PE320QK monitor incorporates Acer HDR Xpert technology for exceptional contrast, supports USB Type-C, and features an attractive ZeroFrame design to appeal to design-minded professionals.
