Flash Plus 2 review: Exceeding expectations

By Ciara Alarcon - 29 Jun 2016

Overview, Specs and Design

The now fully independent brand, Flash, surprised our team on its newly launched Flash Plus 2 for it has same specs and features that expensive smartphones offer. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, complemented with up to 3GB of RAM and up to 32GB of internal memory. However, we’re surprised that it only includes wall charger with up to 3x fast charging tech, USB/data cables, and paper documentation. Maybe, it will be more impressive if its package includes earphones, or a screen protector.

The metallic style of this 5.5-inch device caught our attention, as it gives Flash Plus 2 an elegant look for its price.

The Flash Plus 2 uses a removable metal shell that hides its plastic parts, giving the device a sophisticated body. The metal casing secures the dual SIM card slots, micro SD card slots, and non-removable battery.

You might think 5.5-inch device is too big for your hand but this device has curve on its side so you can handle it without difficulty. Also, its switch and volume buttons are perfectly placed at its right side making it easy to reach and press.

Meanwhile, its speaker is located on its lower back, so, you might cover the sound if you're listening on loud speaker.
