Remax 200HB review: Level up your music experience

Overview

We don't have any intention to hype things up, but we have to admit that we've all been through a situation when we’re on a music video-kind of mood and our headphones won't work well because of its wires. It’s kind of frustrating and tiring to deal with, since no music lover deserves to experience this at all. This is just one of the many reasons why having a pair of Bluetooth headphones is a must.

Recently, our team received numbers of wireless headsets to try on, and, so far, the Remax 200HB has proven its worth to be one of our favorites. The package includes a charging cable, AUX audio cable, and user manual. With great performance and design at a low cost, the Remax 200HB might just be the one you need to level up your music experience.

Design

When it comes to headsets, it’s only a normal reaction to think that they are uncomfortable to wear because they are bulky. The Remax 200HB, however, will erase that. It's one proof that headsets can both be handy and comfortable.

Made from PU Leather, the headset is soft and comfortable to the ears. We used it for a long time, and, luckily, our ears never got irritated with sweat, and we didn't feel any prickling. Its padded headband also gives extra coziness while using it. It also has an extendable metal slider and foldable clamp to perfectly fit your preferred comfort.

On its right ear clamp, the multi-functional buttons are placed. It includes an AUX audio connection, in-line mic and volume adjustment, answer and end call, play, pause, and skip to the next song buttons. The Remax 200HB is compatible with all devices that have a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Performance

Wireless or not, the Remax 200HB offers good sound quality. During the test, we listened to songs with different genres, and, so far, this wireless headset impressed us. We didn't encounter sound distortion even when listening at the highest volume. It also offers a strong connection. In fact, we never had a signal disruption while listening via Bluetooth. We also observed that the microphone works well in either wired or wireless mode.

With a 300mAh battery capacity, we’re a bit surprised that it lasted for almost 10 hours of continuous usage. When out of battery, you could still wire the headset to your device and get the same sound quality.

When listening to music, however, you must be very sensitive. Noise isolation is at its best, but when set at the highest volume, the Remax 200HB has the tendency to disturb other people nearby.

Conclusion

Overall, the Remax 200HB deserves recognition for its performance and design at a pretty affordable price. Aside from offering good sound quality, it also boasts good battery life, which complements its strong connectivity.

Priced at PhP 2,450, the Remax 200HB is a good choice if you're looking for a perfect companion. It’s affordability offers real comfort and levels up the music experience.
