Achieve study-life balance at SMDC's Green 2 Residences Dasmarinas

Real estate developer SM Development Corporation (SMDC) launched a new high-rise residential building in Cavite. The SMDC Green 2 Residences is the latest addition to SMDC’s portfolio of “University Town” developments that feature high-quality residences and provide a new option for those who opt to reside or invest in real estate properties.

The SMDC Green 2 Residences is located in Dasmarinas, Cavite, currently home to three of the province’s most populous universities ‒ De La Salle University Dasmarinas, De La Salle Health and Sciences Institute, and Emilio Aguinaldo College Cavite ‒ all three having a combined population of more than 20,000 students. The Green 2 Residences comes after the success of Green Residences across the De La Salle University along Taft Avenue which sold at an average PhP 1.9 million in 2011 and is now valued on average of PhP 2.7million per unit.

The details of the building’s façade take inspiration from the archer’s bow and modern contemporary design is reflected throughout the interiors of the development.

The condominium will house amenities like the Wi-Fi-ready study areas, gym, lap pool, and multi-purpose lawns to serve as greener, breathing areas for students, function rooms, and lounges. The residential development will also feature a retail strip that will be home to shops, attending to the daily conveniences of student life such as a small grocery, laundry, bank, and restaurants. In terms of access to the Green 2, those coming from Metro Manila and nearby provinces can easily travel to the area given the continuous outpour of infrastructure investments from the government. And with the earmarked extension of the LRT-1 train network, travel to the area will become more convenient in the future.
