The SPECTRIX D40 features Smart RGB lighting with ASUS Aura sync compatibility, integrating a multi-color RGB lighting element in the heatsink with a pre-set cycle active by default.

Furthermore, it pushes DDR4 forward. The SPECTRIX D40, with its compliance with Intel XMP 2.0, enables easier and more extreme overclocking. Its modules can be as fast as DDR4 at 4000MHz, providing tangible performance gains from gaming to benchmarking applications.

Being the flagship product of XPG, the team  worked with Intel XMP 2.0 parameters on its SPECTRIX D40 SPD (serial presence detect) settings. The team aims to secure that memory modules are clocked to 2666MHz or operate more on the speed desired by the user.

The SPECTRIX D40 modules’ performance will always be stable even when overclocked, with ADATA-made 10-layer PCBs and robust circuitry.
