Alorica bolsters PH presence with 8,000 new employees

Alorica, largest customer experience provider in the US and third in the world, will welcome 8,000 new team members as they need to hire thousands of more amazing people to create better customer experiences.

Nearly all of the 8,000 new positions are full-time jobs, the majority of the new jobs offered are for customer engagement experts, however, Alorica is also hiring supervisors, quality assurance managers, facilities coordinators, as well as HR and IT professionals.

“Whether interacting with customers on the phone, online, or on social media, Alorica’s people are the cornerstone of our success,” Bong Borja, Alorica Asia President, said.  “We hire engaging, outgoing people who like serving others and then we invest heavily in their training to help ensure they’re set up for success.  So, it’s no surprise that seventy percent of Alorica’s supervisors, managers and directors started at Alorica on the front lines.” 

Alorica made its hiring announcement during the formal unveiling of Alorica signage. Borja also highlighted the new Alorica branding throughout the office, which resulted to 12 customer engagement centers in the National Capital Region and five in cities of Clark, Lipa, Cebu, Laoag, and Davao.
