At the Nuvo restaurant in Greenbelt, Makati, AOC Philippines gathered members of the tech media for a brief unveiling of its latest monitors for the Philippine market. The first model is theD2357Ph, which is a 3D monitor that comes in both 23 and 27-inch (D2757Ph) varieties. Unlike most 3D monitors, AOC uses passive 3D glasses, which has much less flicker and makes the glasses much cheaper, at about PhP 400 a pop. The monitors themselves cost PhP 16,400 for the 23-inch model while the 27-incher will cost PhP 19,000 and will also have an IPS panel. Both models have the ability to convert 2D content into 3D.

The AOC D2357Ph has a razor thin bezel, measuring just 5.8mm.

For those looking for a high-performing monitor but are on a budget should take a look at AOC's i2353Ph, which features In-Plane Switching technology or IPS. This technology provides the widest possible viewing angle along with more accurate color reproduction. The 23-inch i2353Ph will cost just PhP 12,400.For more on AOC's monitors, check out their official website.

The AOC i2353Ph monitor also has AOC's newest Dynamic Contrast Ratio (DCR) technology which provides a ration of 50,000,000:1, along with Clear Vision, which automatically converts SD video into HD.
