ASUS brings Intel X299 motherboards to the Philippines

ASUS revealed that its Intel X299-based motherboards are now available in the Philippine market, signaling a new era of high-end desktops coming to the country’s shore.

ASUS’s latest set of offerings is based on Intel’s X299 chipset and consists of the Prime, TUF, and ROG families. The new release serves as a response to the ones who will employ the new LGA2066 processors with serious cooling for Intel’s Core X-Series.

These motherboards feature state-of-the-art connectivity and control options and are promising to bring enough horsepower and bandwidth for everything from professional content creation to hardcore gaming.

ROG has three models that are expertly tailored and intended for a variety of priorities: The Rampage VI Extreme has a custom liquid cooling and ultra-fast networking; the Rampage VI Apex targets peak game performance and record-breaking overclocking; while the Strix X299-E has the powerful tuning, cooling, and personalization options they need to get the most from their rigs.

Meanwhile, the Prime and TUF also have models designed for differing audiences: The new Prime X299-Deluxe is made for high-end builders who want it all; the Prime X299-A aims to abstain certain extras in favor of a straightforward approach that gets back to basics; the TUF X299 Mark 1 is equipped with a protective armor and advanced cooling options that has given it the edge over its competitors, while their Mark 2 counterpart strips down to essentials for X299 builders who want to deviate from the conventional formula.

All of the ASUS X299 motherboards also have extensive overclocking and cooling options available in both the UEFI and software, with the Prime series having the ability to go one step further with a 5-Way Optimization which overclocks the system and tunes the cooling based on the individual characteristics of the PC’s components. It also features multiple headers for LED strips that can synchronize colors and effects across a complete system.

The ROG Rampage VI Extreme and ROG Strix X299-E motherboards will be available through ASUS leading resellers starting with the Strix Series.  Meanwhile, ASUS Prime X299-Deluxe, Prime X299-A, and TUF X299 Mark 1 motherboards are now available at leading resellers.
