Autodesk Philippines Launches AutoCAD Design Suite 2013

Autodesk, Inc. along with Philippine channel partner Wordtext Systems, Inc. recently launched AutoCAD Design Suite 2013 in the country. AutoCAD Design Suite 2013 delivers the power of AutoCAD 2013 software, plus tools to help create, capture, connect, and showcase designs with maximum impact. The suite connects directly with AutoCAD WS and other cloud-based services to help users access their designs and collaborate from almost anywhere.

The launch, which was conducted in Manila and Cebu, highlighted the new features of the AutoCAD Design Suite 2013.

AutoCAD Design Suite 2013 users can create and sketch extraordinary designs with AutoCAD software’s industry standard tools, capture design information from almost any source and convert it into a DWG file, connect to Autodesk 360 for easy sharing, collaboration, and rendering, and showcase design ideas with illustrations, renderings, 3D presentations and 3D printing.

A new addition to the suite is AutoCAD Raster Design 2013 software, to make the most of raster images, maps, aerial photos, satellite imagery, and digital elevation models. With powerful raster editing and raster-to-vector conversion tools, AutoCAD Raster Design software helps to easily clean up, edit, enhance, and maintain scanned drawings and plans in a familiar AutoCAD software environment. AutoCAD Raster Design is accessed directly from within AutoCAD and is integrated with the AutoCAD DWG design workflow.
