Huddled at the Globe Business Customer Experience (CX) Forum 2017, key officers and executive coming from different enterprises nationwide tackled how customer-focused experience can lead them to be ahead of the competition.

Discussing topics like “Building a customer centric enterprise,” the forum aims to educate enterprises that in-store experience is essential to differentiate them to other brands.
