Globe Telecom to host first-ever Mobile Legends SEA Cup Philippine Finals

Globe Telecom in partnership with game developer Moonton is set to find the best Mobile Legends team in the country through the first-ever Southeast Asia Cup Philippine Finals to be held on July 29 at the Glorietta Activity Center.

From the 128 teams that joined the qualifying rounds, only the top four will advance to the national offline event wherein the top two teams that will represent the country in the Southeast Asia Finals against Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand will be hailed. Cash prizes for the SEA Cup Philippine Finals include PhP 126,000 for the champion group, PhP 50,000 for the first runner-up, and 25,000 each for the 2nd and 3rd placers.

The event will also host booth activities wherein participants get to take home a 3-day Double BB Card, 3-Day Double EXP card, and 10 pieces of Mobile Legends Rare Skin Fragments like the limited edition Layla character skin.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is a popular multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game that let's players choose a character, join teams, and destroy enemy bases while protecting their own. Since its launch last year, the game has recorded more than 10 million downloads on both the App Store and Google Play Store. The Philippines is said to be one of the top countries with the most number of Mobile Legends players in the Southeast Asian region.
