HP Introduces the 2311xi IPS Monitor

HP introduces a new monitor that comes with a good price tag but still packed with the necessary features to make it compete at par with other monitors in the market. The 2311xi IPS Monitor comes with a very simple exterior as it features a 23-inch IPS display with a LED backlight. It is packaged with a stand that allows the display to tilt and swivel but it does not allow height or pivot adjustment for a portrait view. Since it is an IPS panel, you can be sure that it will give very good viewing angles even from afar or from extreme viewing locations.

The front of the panel, at the lower right side of the screen, the OSD control buttons can be found. These buttons allow the user to change the configuration of the display including its screen size, screen position, color temperature, sharpness, and dynamic contrast. The backside of HP 2311xi IPS shows three type of ports - DVI, HDMI, and DSub. However, it misses a DisplayPort.
