The official arrival of Kobelco in the Philippine market is highlighted through the introduction of the Kobelco Generation-10 excavator new models.

Designed to bring higher productivity through increased power and enhanced fuel economy, the Kobelco New Generation-10 SK200 and SK210LC machines has a hydraulic system that minimizes fuel consumption while maximizing power. The machines were also made and tested to operate in tough working environments with its improved filtration system that reduces risk of mechanical trouble. Another safety feature of the machines is its operator seat that has high level air-tightness, quiet cabin interior, tough protection from vibration, rear view mirrors, and a large air conditioner.

Apart from this, the new Kobelco machines also come with a remote monitoring system which, according to TCES President Atsushi Nakagawa, is what makes the excavators stand out among competitors.

“KOMEXS, an excavator remote monitoring system, uses satellite communication and Internet to relay data. It can provide information on the machine’s operation including operating hours, location, fuel consumption, and maintenance status remotely. With this, the machine can be deployed even in areas where communication is difficult,” Nakagawa said.

Nakagawa also shared that the company aims to contribute to the country’s growth by offering their products and solutions through branded quality equipment with dependable after sales service. The company envisions of building a stronger presence in the local market through their high-end excavators.

“We guarantee that this new SK series, the Generation 10, addresses global needs, representing the current and future needs and expectations for excavators," he added.
