Officially launched on April 10, the Rio is MyPhone's newest addition to its successful family of Agua-branded Android smartphones. MyPhone launched the Rio with the theme "Live Life in Color," which puts emphasis on the different vibrant colors of the new device. Powered by MediaTek MT6582M quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz, the dual-SIM Rio comes with 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage, running on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS. On the front, the Rio sports a 5-inch IPS touchscreen with 1280 x 720 resolution and a 2-megapixel camera. Meanwhile, the rear side hosts an 8-megapixel main camera with flash. In terms of wireless connectivity, the Rio features Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and Wi-Fi. Bundled with a 2000mAh battery module and measuring 146 x 74 x9.3mm, MyPhone offers the Rio for PhP 4,999 in blue, black, green, orange, red, yellow, and white colors.
