Available through the latest version of the OCBC Mobile Banking app, the company recently launched its mobile keyboard that lets OCBC bank customers send money to anyone by just using their recipient's mobile number. Users simply need to have an account with OCBC bank, and must be using Android 4.4 KitKat devices and above.

OCBC mobile keyboard doesn't require the recipient to register in order to receive money. The user doesn't even need to have an OCBC account too.

To use, users will need to do a one-time set up through the OCBC Mobile Banking app. Users can then enjoy switching to the OCBC mobile keyboard in any app, and tap on the Pay Anyone icon on the keyboard to start a transaction.

To send money, users must select the contact they want to pay, log into online banking, select the account to send from and the amount to send, and create a six-digit passcode to send to a non-PayNow registered recipient. Meanwhile, if the recipient has signed up for PayNow, no passcode is required. The transfer will then be authenticated with a one-time password.
