Samsung launches the artsy Frame TV
Samsung Electronics launched its latest state-of-the-art QLED television brand that merges art with technology called The Frame TV.
When turned on, The Frame is poised to offer premium quality. When not in use, it becomes a customizable work of art where one can freely show artworks and photos with Art Mode feature, transforming the room into a more vibrant and personalized environment as a result.
With its special feature, Samsung’s latest TV offering can display any piece from its built-in library called the Samsung Collection, wherein it boasts over 100 exclusive works by renowned global artists that are commissioned and hand-selected by the tech giant, and sorted in ten different categories: wildlife, landscapes, drawings, digital art, still life, and more – there’s something for every unique preference.
Apart from these, The Frame has an Art Store which gives one unlimited access to a wide library of collections online. Also, you can opt to make the device your personal gallery by uploading your images and customize its display with a variety of layouts and filters using your smartphone.
What’s more is that this device features a brightness sensor that allows the screen to seamlessly adjust to ambient lighting and that makes the whole display blend truly with the interiors and the art looks aesthetically real. It also comes with customizable wooden frame bezel that has three variants (White, Walnut, and Beige Wood) and is easily attached to the TV.
“This year, we would like to provide TVs that are not only stunning and sophisticated but also beautiful masterpieces that are versatile to fit within any living space. The design of Samsung The Frame has been conceived through the vision of a TV that is beautiful even when it is turned off,” said Jun Guevara, Samsung Product Marketing Head for TV and Audio.
The result of making The Frame TV has made Samsung the Official Home Entertainment Solutions Partner of Philippine School of Interior Design’s (PSID) grandest exhibit to date - G.O.L.D.: Glamorous, Opulent, and Luxurious Designs. Apart from the latest TV brand, the following Samsung products will be also exhibited: the QLED TV, UHD TV, Dolby Atmos Soundbar, Soundbar Sound+, Wireless Audio 360 Speaker, No Gap Wall Mount, and Invisible Connection.
"Samsung constantly reimagines design by creating entirely new TV concepts that give our customers an experience like no other. We are honored to work with a group that commits to blending art with functionality through technology and design solutions for the Filipino homes,” exclaimed Chad Sotelo, Samsung Marketing Director.
“Having Samsung as our Official Home Entertainment Solutions Partner makes this exhibit more special. We at PSID are in awe as we witness and experience how the innovation of Samsung The Frame and other design solutions end the era of limited space options for our TVs,” added PSID Dean Jie Pambid.
The G.O.L.D. will be open to the public for the entire month of October 2017 at the Uptown Bonifacio Mall in Bonifacio Global City.
