ZALORA extends its partnership with Oracle Marketing Cloud

 

ZALORA has extended its partnership with Oracle Marketing Cloud.

ZALORA, the fastest growing online fashion retailer in Asia, communicates with more than 10-million app users, 7-million Facebook fans, 500-thousand Instagram followers, 120-thousand Twitter followers, and over 2-million email, call and online chat requests.

With Oracle Marketing Cloud, ZALORA can speak to customers in a relevant and personalized way.

Automated programs enable ZALORA to analyze customer behavior and better understand how to give incentives to customers.

Oracle Marketing Cloud allows ZALORA to create automated programs to increase their revenue.

Currently, ZALORA has 10 automated programs in place and has plans to expand the number of triggered touch points with customers.
